Method of Supta Baddha Konasana:

1 – Spread a mat or blanket on flat ground and lie down on it on your back.
2 – Now slowly bend the knees and bring them up and keep the soles of the feet on the ground.
3 – After this, bend the legs from the joint of the thighs and move the knees outwards.
4 – In this way, the soles of your feet will join together, just as the palms join while joining hands.
5 – Now keeping the head on the ground, lift the upper part of the neck and spine from the ground.
6 – Maintain this yoga posture according to your ability and then slowly come back to normal.
